QasForm is a Chrome extension that helps users auto-fill online forms. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it.

Data Collection

QasForm collects the following personal information that you voluntarily enter into the extension:

Name, email address, phone number
City, country, address
Work details (job title, company, skills, experience)
Education details (degree, university, graduation year)
Any custom fields you create

Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage API (chrome.storage.local and chrome.storage.sync). Your data stays on your device and within your Google account's Chrome sync.

We do not have any servers, databases, or cloud storage. We cannot access your data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, transfer, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your information never leaves your browser.

Data Usage

Your data is used solely to auto-fill forms on websites when you click "Fill This Page". It is not used for any other purpose including advertising, analytics, or tracking.

Third-Party Services

QasForm does not use any third-party services, analytics tools, or external APIs. The extension works entirely offline and locally.

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by:

Deleting individual profiles within the extension
Removing the extension from Chrome (this deletes all stored data)
Clearing Chrome's extension storage in browser settings

Permissions

storage — to save your profile data locally
activeTab — to detect and fill form fields on the current page
tabs — to track which forms you've filled (stored locally)
Host access (all URLs) — to work on any website you visit

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
